Actors and intentions in the design of an ePRO for patients with hypertension

Patients of today are more often than previously offered technological support in their interaction with healthcare. The technology is part of the formation of different relations. Important examples are the relationship between the individual and the state, and the patient and the professional (doctor). The pilot project explores the actual design work if an ePRO for hypertonic patients and the actors and intentions that affect the technology design. The empirical data used is focus groups interviews, design meetings and patient interviews.
