Social media research seminar

Seminar

LETStudio is pleased to announce an informal seminar on social media research. The session is open to anyone and researchers with diverse levels of experience in examining social media are encouraged to attend.

During the session, there will be 10 slots available for participants to give a short lightning talk about an issue that challenges them in relation to social media research or a particular aspect of their current social media research work. These talks are not compulsory and researchers who wish to participate without presenting are encouraged to attend.

If you would like to attend, please contact Thomas Hillman.

If you would like to give a lightning talk, please sign-up on this form:

Talks should follow the Pecha Kucha format of a maximum of 20 slides for 20 seconds each for a total of 6 minutes 40 seconds. Speakers may use their 6 minutes 40 seconds any way they wish, but the time limit will be strictly enforced. The rest of the time during the session will be dedicated to discussing issues that emerge from the lightning talks.
